We have been contacted by the DBS who has advised us that the MOJ will be carrying out essential upgrade work on the Criminal Justice Secure Exchange (CJSM) between Friday 22 August to Monday 25 August 2014.

We have been contacted by the DBS who has advised us that the MOJ will be carrying out essential upgrade work on the Criminal Justice Secure Exchange (CJSM). This is the system that is used to electronically submit DBS application forms from our system to the DBS. This work will mean that there will be a period of system outage from Friday 22 August to Monday 25 August, inclusive. This is the August bank holiday weekend.

You will still be able to complete applications and send them to UKCRBs however during the outage we will be unable to submit any applications or receive any results. No applications will be submitted by us between 5pm Thursday 21 August and 9am Tuesday 26 August. We understand that this will be a disruption to your business but have been assured that this work is essential and the outage cannot be avoided.

Please be advised that this service interruption will affect all DBS umbrella organisations not just UKCRBs. If there are any amendments to the timings of this we will of course advise you at the earliest opportunity.

If you have any queries or concerns then please do not hesitate to contact us.
